We will issue a credit for future purchases from us or an exchange of merchandise.  The item must be returned to Sally Wong, in its original condition, within 7 days of the shipment date.  Please note that one of a kind and/or customized items will not be accepted for return. Returned items must be shipped prepaid with appropriate insurance. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable.

When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
